What is the freeze policy?
Members may freeze their membership for a minimum of one month, up to a maximum of six months, no more than once every 12 months.
What is the cancellation policy?
Members may cancel at any time by providing 45 days written notice before the next billing date (monthly) or the end of the membership year
What happens if I miss a payment?
Payments more than nine days late incur a $10 late fee. Returned payments (insufficient funds, etc.) incur a $25 service fee. If payments are missed
