Yes, we are currently offering tours by appointment for those interested in membership. Schedule your tour online. (Please note that not all areas can be accessed at this time. Due to limited elevator availability, tour participants must be able to use the stairs.) We will also host an Open House for members prior to our opening date. Members who join

This program adds a proactive, habit-focused layer — with a smaller patient panel, a registered dietitian, and a personalized plan built around the six pillars of lifestyle medicine. The goal is to help you address everyday factors that influence your health so you can prevent or better manage chronic disease
Integrative Medicine is a specialist consultation that focuses on complementary therapies like supplements, herbal medicine, acupuncture, and mind-body approaches. It is not a primary care practice. Lifestyle Medicine Primary Care takes the place of your primary care physician. Lifestyle Medicine Primary Care is designed for patients who want a proactive, lifestyle-focused approach to their health. Concierge Medicine offers enhanced access to your physician after-hours, on weekends and on holidays as well as same-day appointments and a limited number of patients. Your first visit is a 60-minute appointment with Dr. Cupic, where she will get to know your health history, your goals and where you’re at. Together, you’ll identify opportunities to build healthier habits, and your care team will begin creating a personalized plan to support your long-term health.
Once a physician reaches capacity, you can put your name on a waitlist. As openings become available, we will contact those on the list (in order). Additional providers and locations may be added in the future, based on demand.
This is an annual membership. You can choose to be billed monthly at $85 per month or save 10% by paying your annual membership fee up front at $918 per year.

At signup, you can choose to be billed monthly or annually. At the end of each enrollment year, your membership will auto-renew for an additional year unless you call and cancel 30 days prior.
No, the annual membership fee is not covered by insurance. However, traditional primary care services such as office visits and lab tests will be billed to your insurance as usual.
The membership does not cover clinical medical services. Office visits, lab work, imaging, prescriptions, specialist visits, and all other medically necessary services are billed to your health insurance separately. Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance may apply depending on your plan.
Lifestyle Medicine Primary Care membership fees are not covered by Medicare, Medicaid or other insurance. However, the program accepts major insurance plans for office visits and other clinical services. See a list of contracted plans.
Yes. Copays, deductibles, and coinsurance apply to clinical services as determined by your health insurance plan. The membership fee is separate and does not affect how your insurance processes claims for clinical services.
No. Lifestyle Medicine Primary Care is not insurance. HonorHealth will continue to bill your insurance for clinical services such as office visits and diagnostic tests, except for the three dietician visits included with your membership fee. If specialty care or hospital services are needed, we will bill your insurance as usual. If you don’t have insurance, you can self-pay for
