No, HonorHealth Medical Fitness memberships are not covered by insurance. However, you may be able to use your HSA or FSA funds to cover monthly membership fees with a physician referral (see below for details).
No, HonorHealth Medical Fitness is not part of the SilverSneakers gym program for seniors.
A Medical Fitness membership may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement; however, the decision rests with your plan administrator. You can use your referral form from your provider (paper or digital) to show qualified medical necessity.
We will offer a wide variety of group fitness classes to support every fitness level and wellness goal, including: Muscle, HIIT, Cardio, Mat Pilates, Tai Chi, Yoga (Flow, Gentle, Yin, Restorative, All Levels, and Chair), Meditation, Barre, Core and Stability, Stretching, and Indoor Cycle.
Premium classes are specialty offerings beyond our standard group fitness classes — think reformer Pilates, high-energy dance fitness and barbell group training. These will be made available as we grow after opening. Additional fees may apply.
Members may freeze their membership for a minimum of one month, up to a maximum of six months, no more than once every 12 months. A freeze fee of $15/month applies during the freeze period. Freeze requests received on or before the 1st of the month take effect at the end of that month; requests received after the 7th take
Members may cancel at any time by providing 45 days written notice before the next billing date (monthly) or the end of the membership year (annual). No cancellation fee applies. Payments more than nine days late incur a $10 late fee. Returned payments (insufficient funds, etc.) incur a $25 service fee. If payments are missed for 3 consecutive months, the membership will be automatically cancelled.
Children ages 12–17 may join with a parent or guardian’s written approval and must be accompanied by that parent or guardian when using the facility. A fitness orientation is required before first use.
